Questions
Before you book
- How much advance is needed to hold a date?
- 30 percent of the total. In wedding season, book at least 3 months ahead to confirm the date - December and January dates fill up fast.
- What if I need to cancel a booking?
- Cancel 45 days before the event and 70 percent of the advance is refunded. After that the advance is forfeited, but changing the date once is allowed.
- Can we bring in an outside caterer?
- No, catering is always our own since food quality is our responsibility. Bringing your own sweets and wedding cake is allowed.
- What if the guest count goes up?
- You can increase the count up to 48 hours before the event. Even after that we try to accommodate it, but the rate for extra plates is different.
- What about the one-dish law?
- We follow the Punjab government’s rules. The menu details are written up at the time of booking so there’s no confusion later.
