50% advance on in-stock items, 60% on made-to-order items. The rest on delivery.

- Can custom sizes be made?
- Yes, all furniture is made in our own workshop. You can choose the size, fabric and wood shade. A custom order takes 12 to 15 days and the rate is slightly higher.
- What does the warranty cover?
- 1 year on the frame and mechanism. 6 months on fabric and foam. The warranty card is given at delivery.
- Is it available on installments?
- Yes, on orders above Rs 50,000 - in 3 installments. The first before delivery, the remaining 2 over the next 2 months.
- Can it be returned if I don’t like it?
- An in-stock item can be returned within 7 days if unused. A custom order can’t be returned since it’s made to your measurements.
- Do you deliver outside Lahore?
- Yes, across Punjab. Charges depend on the city and we tell you when confirming the order.
