Before you come in
- Can I come without an appointment?
- For an emergency, absolutely, come right away. For a routine checkup, book an appointment so your pet doesn’t have to wait long.
- What’s the vaccination schedule?
- Puppies and kittens start at 6 weeks with three doses, then an annual booster. We make a card and remind you of the next date on WhatsApp.
- Do you do home visits?
- Yes, within 10 km of your area. It costs an extra Rs 2,500. Surgery and scans still need the pet brought to the clinic.
- Will my pet stay overnight after surgery?
- Most surgeries mean one night, for monitoring as the anaesthesia wears off. We call you in the morning with an update.
- Is there a separate setup for cats?
- Yes. The cat waiting area and consultation room are both separate. Cats get scared by dog sounds, so this matters.
